Tres Chuchos Summer Camp Shirt
Sweet Maria's doesn't have a coffee roasting summer camp, but if we did this is the shirt you'd be handed at registration. Featuring the "tres chuchos" design on a 100% cotton shirt from Bella+Canvas, this tee is soft and light so you don't overheat from hours of summer roasting.
"Chucho" is a common slang term for dog, and sometimes mutt, in Central America. This "tres chuchos" graphic is a modified version of a dog drawing by Ben Owen (11 yrs old at the time), featured on a number of the jute coffee bags we receive. It seemed like the perfect design for a fictional Sweet Maria's roasting summer camp. The top dog has a little coffee cup on their back because the cream always rises to the top.
The shirt stock is 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton from Bella+Canvas so it is lightweight and stretchy. The color is a true royal blue with light peach-colored printing.
