Sweet Maria's Blue Jute Tote Bag

Functional, reusable, sustainably-produced, and not bad-looking!

We designed this tote in unison with the launch of our new 20 Lb. Pentapak Green Coffee bags, which slip inside this deep blue jute tote. But reusability is the key here, and our tote is great as a large shopping bag, for the beach, farmer’s market, or any other activity you might have.

Technically this tight weave material is called JuCo - a portmanteau for Jute-Cotton as it is a blend of both. Jute is a super sustainable source for woven fabric, and the cotton improves the weave to make it more dense.

This holds a lot! It’s 16 “ wide, 20“ tall, with 5” gusset  sides. It’s the largest bag I have in my mix of reusable shopping totes, great for bulky stuff like leafy greens. The hand straps are 25” of material that form a 12” tall loop, big enough to slip over my shoulder, although this isn’t made to be a shoulder bag. The strap is 1.5” wide.

At the top is a magnetic fastener to help keep it closed. (You need to remove the covering from the magnet the first time you use it).
