Aillio Bullet
The Aillio Bullet is a powerful home coffee roaster that uses efficient induction heating to roast batches up to 2.2 lb (and 2.6 lb on the R2 Pro). Compatible with Aillio's proprietary roast profiling software, RoasTime, you can hook up the Bullet to your computer via USB, make changes to its fan, drum and power settings in real-time, and record the motions into a profile that you can reuse. We offer two versions of the Bullet: the R2 and R2 Pro.
