If you weigh your coffee, you can be assured that you are using the correct amount (duh)...obvious, but so important. You can get away with eyeballing your doses and batches but in the end, a scale will be your best friend. If you are trying to achieve reproducable results, and reduce batch to batch variability, having an accurately measured batch size is key.
