Who can purchase from Coffee Shrub?

Coffee Shrub serves approved wholesale customers, including roasters, cafés and other commercial buyers. You’ll need a registered wholesale account to place orders and access wholesale pricing.

Why can I see products but not add them to my cart?

To start, confirm that you are logged into your Coffee Shrub account, as guests will not have the ability to add products to the cart. If you’re still unable to add products to the cart, it’s likely your account is not registered to a business.

Please request access or contact us at info@coffeeshrub.com, and we will assist by assigning your account to your coffee business.

What sizes are available for wholesale purchase?

Customers with approved Coffee Shrub accounts will have access to wholesale exclusive bag sizes, including 50 lb and full bag options ranging from 100lb to 154 lb.

Do you offer volume discounts or Net Terms?

Yes. Customers with approved Coffee Shrub accounts will be eligible for quantity-based pricing on full bag purchases.

  • 4–9 Full Bags: Price per pound drops by $0.10
  • 10–29 Full Bags: Price per pound drops by $0.20
  • 30+ Full Bags: Price per pound drops by $0.35

Volume discounts are automatically applied to qualifying orders, and savings can be viewed in the cart. Discounts apply to full bags and not to our 50 lb boxes.

We offer Net 30 payment terms based on credit approval and order volume. If you are interested in applying for terms, please contact us via email at info@coffeeshrub.com.
