Credit card payments
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover as valid payment methods through our secure online checkout
Credit card orders exceeding $5,000 will incur a 3% processing fee. This fee is not applied automatically at checkout. Instead, we will issue a separate invoice for the total value of this fee shortly after your order is submitted.
ACH/Bank transfer payments
We can arrange to take payment for larger freight orders via Bank Transfer. By selecting “Bank Transfer” as your preferred payment method checkout, you can submit your order prior to payment. We will follow up with you shortly after via email and will send you an electronic invoice allowing you to submit payment via Bank Transfer.
There are no processing fees attached to Bank Transfer orders.
Payment terms
We offer Net 30 payment terms upon credit approval. If you are interested in applying for terms, please contact us via email (info@coffeeshrub.com).
- Terms invoices must be paid via ACH bank transfer. We do not accept checks.
- Late payments are subject to 4% interest fees which accumulate on a monthly basis past the assigned due date.
- We reserve the right to revoke credit at any time.
- Credit limits and other agreement terms are based on previous purchase and reference history.

Green coffee returns
We cannot accept returns on coffee since it is considered to be a food product.
Dan and Thompson work really hard to select the coffees we offer and describe them so that you know what to expect. Still, everyone’s tastes are different, and there are a number of variables in roasting, brewing, and storage that can impact the flavor of your coffee. If you find that the coffee you selected does not match its review, please let us know. We may be able to help!
Changing an order
After you have placed your order, please review your Order Confirmation email to ensure that the provided information is correct. Contact us via email (info@coffeeshrub.com) as soon as possible if a mistake is noticed and we will do our best to correct it if possible. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect order information.
