Pick Up Orders

Pick up orders are available and a great way to save on shipping charges if you’re local. By selecting “In Store Pick Up” as your shipping method at checkout, your resulting order will be prepared and available for pick up at our retail space.

 

Pick Up Hours/Location

  • Monday-Friday, 10 am to 4 pm
  • 2823 Adeline Street, Oakland, CA 94608
  • Please refrain from entering through the back of our warehouse (on Magnolia Street).

Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 8 am will be available for pick up same-day.
  • Orders placed after 8 am will be available for pick up the following business day.
  • As soon as your order is ready, we will send an email to inform you that your order is available for pick up. This will be sent separately from your initial order confirmation email.

Hold Times

  • Orders will be held in our space for 1 month. After this time, we’ll reach out with the option to ship the order to the shipping address provided at checkout (shipping rates will apply). If you opt out of shipping, your order will be canceled. Merchandise/appliances will be refunded. Green and roasted coffees are not eligible for refunds.

Ineligible Products

  • Hottop roasters are drop-shipped from the manufacturer and are ineligible for pick up.

Parking

  • While we don’t have a parking lot for visiting customers, there are usually a few spaces open for parking on Adeline. Feel free to park in the space directly in front of our retail doors if you’re just looking to get in and get out!
