Processing Times

• Orders are currently shipped out within 1 - 2 business days after they are received.
• We are shipping orders 5 days a week (Monday-Friday).

 

Expedited Shipping

• 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air - These services offer guaranteed transit timelines of 2 business days and 1 business day respectively, though they are still subject to potential weather delays.
• All Expedited orders received after 10am (PST) will be processed on the following business day and are not eligible for weekend deliveries.

 

UPS Ground

• Shipping Special Flat Rate Tiers 
  • 6 - 20 lbs = $8.99
  • 21 - 40 lb = $14.99
  • 41 - 60 lb = $21.99
• PO Boxes are invalid addresses for UPS shipments.
• Transit timelines for this service are not guaranteed.

 

 

 

USPS Priority Mail

• Flat Rate Shipping Tiers
  
  • Flat Rate Padded Envelope ≤ 5 lbs of Green Coffee
  • Medium Flat Rate Box: ≤ 12 lbs of Green Coffee
  • Large Flat Rate Box: 13-18 lbs of Green Coffee

International Shipping

• Transit times may be affected due to customs inspections or holds.
• Shipping rates provided at checkout do not account for customs fees, duties, or taxes.
• Canadian Customers: Due to the current tariff situation, we will contact you before we ship your order.

 

International/Domestic Shipping Restrictions

• We would love to ship our items wherever they are wanted! Unfortunately we cannot send unroasted green coffee to countries that restrict or ban its importation. We are also limited on where we can send electrical appliances due to warranty and support issues.
