Hottop
The Hottop Roaster is for those who want larger batches and longer roasts, mimicking a commercial type roast-and-cool cycle on a robust home machine. Roasting with the Hottop does require extra effort on behalf of the user. You'll need to develop an understanding of the sights, sounds, and smells of the coffee roasting process to get your desired results. Roasting with your senses is rewarded on a machine like the Hottop, which gives you a close-up view of the batch during the roast cycle and, well... produces so much roast aroma. (Read this as a smoke warning!)
