Roasting
When choosing a roaster, some criteria to consider are how much coffee you drink, your preferred roast level, and how much you want to spend.
There are many ways to roast coffee. From home appliances made specifically for this purpose, to simple pan roasting on the stovetop or in an oven. Before you get started, we highly recommend checking out our General Roasting Instructions and Visual Guide to the Roast Process.
