Virtuoso+ Conical Burr Mill by Baratza

The Virtuoso+ grinder is a great all-around mill with it's commercial grade 40 mm conical burr set. In our tests it produces a very consistent, even fine grind. Although this wouldn't be our top recommendation for people who are only brewing espresso, it's capable of grinding fine and consistent enough when the need arises. What it lacks is a ton of adjustability at the espresso range.

Compared to the original Virtuoso, the Virtuoso+ has replaced the timer switch with a digital display and a 40 second digital timer, adjustable to the tenth of a second, allowing for easy, repeatable dosing. All other parts remain the same. 

The Virtuoso+ has the following features:

* unique gear reduction design that produces slow rotation of the conical burr, ensuring the retention of aroma and flavor, and helping reduce static
* whole bean hopper can hold 1/2 pound of beans timer knob for repeatable coffee dosing
* pulse button in front for grinding directly into portafilter handle
* small cleaning brush included (looks like a tiny pine tree)

1 year warranty against defect, repair or replacement, provided by Baratza. Machine measures 5x14"x6". Virtuoso is matte black plastic with a brushed metal top and base.
