ROEST 200 Gram Kit
The ROEST 200 Gram Kit includes an upsized hopper and cooling tray that make it easier to charge and cool 200g of coffee in a ROEST sample roaster. Available in black and wood.
The ROEST sample roaster comes standard with a 100g hopper and cooling tray. For professional roasters in lab settings, 100g samples are the standard and are typically all that's ever needed. However, if in addition to sample roasting you intend to roast larger batches to test production curves, model profiles, or just roast for consumption then the 200 Gram Kit will be a nice upgrade that will make it easier to load and cool the beans.
