Roast Chamber - Fresh Roast SR540

You might want to get one of these if you broke your roast chamber, or if you think that it's inevitable that you will and want to have a spare handy. This chamber is designed for the SR540 roaster only and is not compatible with the older Fresh Roast +8 models, SR300, SR500 or SR700. For those, we recommend contacting Home Roasting Supplies directly.

There are two styles of roasting chamber: "Standard" and "Locking."

STANDARD: If your black roaster base has 2 slots in the top where the chamber slots in, if silver part of your roast chamber has vertical tabs, if your roaster's serial number does not an "L" in the on the number/tag or if your roaster was produced before 2024 then you need a standard roast chamber. Standard roast chambers do not have the redesigned locking tabs that were introduced in late 2024. 

LOCKING: If your black roaster base has 4 slots in the top where the chamber slots in, if your roaster's serial number has a small "L" at the end, if the silver part of your roast chamber has horizontal tabs or if your roaster was purchased in 2025, then you likely need a locking roast chamber. Locking roast chamber are not comptaible with SR540 roasters with a standard base.
