Want to buy our latest offerings? Never miss a new coffee with our "Latest Additions" coffee set, a sampling of 1 lb. bags from all our most recently added coffees that can be purchased in just one click. No jumping back and forth between different records to add them to your shopping cart. Simply click the "Add to Cart" button and you're on your way. It's that simple!

The number of bags included in the set may vary, but as a general rule we add 6 new coffees on any given week, split between Wednesday and Friday. The set is refreshed every Friday, so check back often!

Since the theme of this set is "new", expect a wide variety of origins and flavors represented. But don't worry, you don't have to buy them all if you don't want to. Simply deselect the check box for the coffee you'd like to exclude, and it will be removed from the set (be sure to double check!). If a coffee runs out of stock before the life of the current configuration, it is automatically pulled from the set.

This week's set includes the following coffees:

Costa Rica Zarcero Monte Brisas Danto: Balanced bittersweetness, hints of burnt caramel, citrus zest, dried raisin, marzipan, chocolate-toned bass flavors when roasted dark, full body, baking chocolate in the finish. City to Full City+. Good for espresso.

Nicaragua Acopio Suyatal: Versatile coffee, simple sweetness accented by tree nuts, with core bittersweet tones that are easily developed with roast. Crowd-pleasing flavors will pair well with cream. City+ to Full City+. Good for espresso.

Nicaragua Dry Process La Laguna: Fruit-forward character is tempered by rustic sweetness and a bittersweet backdrop, highlighted by notes of fruit chutney, date rolls, dark cacao, dried berries, chocolate-covered peach, fig bar. City to Full City. 

Sweet Maria's Ethiopiques Version 2.0: Velvety-textured shot, bittersweet and fruited, with a long lasting finish. Chocolate coated berry, raspberry laced truffles, hints of citrus, spiced cocoa, and creamy chocolate ganache. Full City to Full City+. Good for espresso.

Uganda Gibuzale Buginyanya: Lightly sweet flavors of brown sugar, molasses, malt loaf, along with nutty accents like roasted almond, pumpkin seeds, beer grains, and chocolate sesame halva. City+ to Full City+.

Uganda Dry Process Masaka Robusta: Intense flavors, unsweetened baking chocolate, sharp cocoa, toasted grains, puffed wheat, roasted corn, chocolate beer malt, bitter clove oil, dried tarragon, low acidity. Full City to French. Good for espresso blending.

Yemen Mokha Matari: Always a favorite from Yemen, complex rustic tones, fragrant spices, and deeply bittersweet. Inky dark cocoa, date bar, pumpkin bread, pistachio, Chai spice, Garam Masala, tobacco. City+ to French. Good for espresso.
