Want to buy our latest offerings? Never miss a new coffee with our "Latest Additions" coffee set, a sampling of 1 lb. bags from all our most recently added coffees that can be purchased in just one click. No jumping back and forth between different records to add them to your shopping cart. Simply click the "Add to Cart" button and you're on your way. It's that simple!

The number of bags included in the set may vary, but as a general rule we add 6 new coffees on any given week, split between Wednesday and Friday. The set is refreshed every Friday, so check back often!

Since the theme of this set is "new", expect a wide variety of origins and flavors represented. But don't worry, you don't have to buy them all if you don't want to. Simply deselect the check box for the coffee you'd like to exclude, and it will be removed from the set (be sure to double check!). If a coffee runs out of stock before the life of the current configuration, it is automatically pulled from the set.

This week's set includes the following coffees:

El Salvador San Miguel Ethiosar Variety: Balanced sweet base flavors, creamy, and long-lasting, with top notes accents that add dimension. Notes of raw honey, caramelized sugar, toffee, citrus rind, raisin, and black tea. City to Full City.

Ethiopia Dry Process Hambela Buliye: Exceptional dry process that expresses a complex range of juicy fruit and berry flavors, syrupy sweetness, and bright hints. Tangerine, blackberry, fruit lambic, cantaloupe, lychee, sweetly-spiced finish. City to Full City.

Ethiopia Organic Buture Cooperative: On the sweeter side of our Ethiopian list, creamy honey, maple sugar, panela, hint of lemon, stone fruit, refreshing acidity. Darker roasts had juicy aspects and made exceptional espresso. City to Full City. Good for espresso.

Ethiopia Yirga Cheffe Chelchele: Classic Yirga Cheffe coffee, honey-sweet, with delicate flavors, like lemon, apricot tea, melon, hops, cherry blossom. Light roasts work best, highlighting bright flavors without sacrificing sweetness. City to City+.

Guatemala Coban Chichupak Coop: Great at a range of roast levels, brews approachable flavors, softly bright, and capable of deep-toned cocoa. Notes of Rolo chocolate caramels, candied walnut, dried apple. City to Full City+. Good for espresso.

Guatemala Huehuetenango Silvestre Velasquez: Sweet highlights through the finish, fruited hints draw out a moderate level of acidity when roasted light, notes of brown sugar, molasses, raisin, berry, milk chocolate, and vanilla caramel. City to Full City.
