Want to buy our latest offerings? Never miss a new coffee with our "Latest Additions" coffee set, a sampling of 1 lb. bags from all our most recently added coffees that can be purchased in just one click. No jumping back and forth between different records to add them to your shopping cart. Simply click the "Add to Cart" button and you're on your way. It's that simple!

The number of bags included in the set may vary, but as a general rule we add 6 new coffees on any given week, split between Wednesday and Friday. The set is refreshed every Friday, so check back often!

Since the theme of this set is "new", expect a wide variety of origins and flavors represented. But don't worry, you don't have to buy them all if you don't want to. Simply deselect the check box for the coffee you'd like to exclude, and it will be removed from the set (be sure to double check!). If a coffee runs out of stock before the life of the current configuration, it is automatically pulled from the set.

This week's set includes the following coffees:

Costa Rica Yellow Honey Helsar de Zarcero: Balanced sweetness, silky body and moderate bright accents. Syrupy texture is punctuated by a flavor of chocolate sauce, with accents of toasted coconut, almond, apple and a spiced finish. City to Full City+. Good for espresso.

Guatemala Xinabajul Axel Palacios: Delicious confluence of dark sugars and dried fruit hints, with fruited acidity that has a pleasantly grabby aspect. Notes of brown sugar, dried fig and date, orange tea, dark chocolate truffles. City to Full City+. Good for espresso.

Kenya Nyeri Mutheka AB: Light roasts satisfied our taste for a brightly-sweet Kenya's, and Full City proved to brew a standout espresso. Juicy texture, apple, pomegranate, Turkish Delight candies and brown sugar. City to Full City. Good for espresso.

Nicaragua Maracaturra Los Medios: This medium-sized bean separation of Maracaturra carries the same delicate aromatic aspects of its larger counterpart, with an underlay of caramel sweetness, baking spice, lemongrass and herbal accents. City to Full City.

Sumatra Dry Process Kerinci Pendekar: Syrupy sweetness underpins the cup, with pungent roast flavors and latent fruit accents. Notes of molasses, plum, dried fig, burnt sugar, dark-toned chocolates, and big, creamy body. City+ to Full City+. Good for espresso.

Sumatra Giling Basah Sesongot: Rustic sweetness and incredible depth of flavor, with notes of rice syrup, pungent earth-tones, bittersweet intensity, accents of sweet grains and fruit, herbal aroma, foresty finish. City+ to French. Good for espresso.

Yemen Mokha Sanani: Intensely rustic, bittersweet flavors, lightly fruited, with body that's about as thick as coffee gets. Barley malt syrup, earthy dark chocolate, natural dried fruits, saffron cookie, fragrant wood and spices. City+ to French. Good for espresso.
