Like the ingredients that go into it, our Polar Expresso Holiday Blend comes but once a year. It's an opportunity for us to celebrate seasonality in the broad selection of amazing coffees available, as well as the string of holiday traditions that mark the end of the year.

We pulled out all the stops for this blend, testing a handful of coffees from East Africa and Latin America before landing on land on the 4 ingredients that were chosen. We're still in the process of testing different roast levels and espresso ratios, but at its core, Polar Expresso pulls a densely bittersweet shot, brightly accented by hints of berry and citrus and offers some spiced aromatics in the nose.
