Want to buy our latest offerings? Never miss a new coffee with our "Latest Additions" coffee set, a sampling of 1 lb. bags from all our most recently added coffees that can be purchased in just one click. No jumping back and forth between different records to add them to your shopping cart. Simply click the "Add to Cart" button and you're on your way. It's that simple!

The number of bags included in the set may vary, but as a general rule we add 6 new coffees on any given week, split between Wednesday and Friday. The set is refreshed every Friday, so check back often!

Since the theme of this set is "new", expect a wide variety of origins and flavors represented. But don't worry, you don't have to buy them all if you don't want to. Simply deselect the check box for the coffee you'd like to exclude, and it will be removed from the set (be sure to double check!). If a coffee runs out of stock before the life of the current configuration, it is automatically pulled from the set.

This week's set includes the following coffees:

Colombia Honey Process Aponte: Versatile honey process coffee, fruit-accented low tones, bright accents, and thick body. Notes of brown rice syrup, cooked berry, raisin, dried pineapple, dark cacao, long finish. City to Full City+. Good for espresso.

Costa Rica Tarrazu Beneficio Los Angeles: The cup intensity comes off a bit like honey process coffee, moderately fruited, round body and rustic-sweetness underneath. Notes of dark corn syrup, dried peach, fig bar, apricot tea, raw nut and carob. City to Full City.

Guatemala Libertad Aurelio Del Cerro: Balanced sweetness and pleasant roast tones are accented by hints of brown sugar, cinnamon, red apple, berry tea, chocolate torte, and more. A very versatile coffee. City to Full City+. Good for espresso.

Guatemala Xinabajul Aler Villatoro: Well-balanced profile of dark sugars and chocolate confections, and should be quite the crowd pleaser. Bittersweet backbone, creamy caramel, marzipan, cinnamon, dried apple. City to Full City+. Good for espresso.

Kenya Nyeri Kaiguri AA: Sweetness-driven Kenya that's not all high tones. A middle ground between layered raw sugars and brightly accented hints of citrus and black tea. Makes a great chocolate-laden dark roast too. City to Full City+. Good for espresso.

Sweet Maria's Altiplano Blend: Highlights the versatility of Central American coffees, balanced bittersweets, well-integrated acidity, rich chocolate, carbonized sugars, hints of nut and citrus. Blended with espresso in mind, but excellent brewed too. City+ to Full City+. Great for espresso
