Sweet Maria's has produced some low-cost printed materials to help with your roasting jourey. We have our own small handbook of roasting basics which compiles information from the site in a convenient slim volume that can be stored with your roasting set up; There are blank pages to record your roasts so you can start to see patterns in the behavior of certain coffees in your roaster. Our Roasted Coffee Color Card can be a good resource to keep by you at the roast machine, to help determine the degree-of-roast.
