Want to buy our latest offerings? Never miss a new coffee with our "Latest Additions" coffee set, a sampling of 1 lb. bags from all our most recently added coffees that can be purchased in just one click. No jumping back and forth between different records to add them to your shopping cart. Simply click the "Add to Cart" button and you're on your way. It's that simple!

The number of bags included in the set may vary, but as a general rule we add 6 new coffees on any given week, split between Wednesday and Friday. The set is refreshed every Friday, so check back often!

Since the theme of this set is "new", expect a wide variety of origins and flavors represented. But don't worry, you don't have to buy them all if you don't want to. Simply deselect the check box for the coffee you'd like to exclude, and it will be removed from the set (be sure to double check!). If a coffee runs out of stock before the life of the current configuration, it is automatically pulled from the set.

This week's set includes the following coffees:

Costa Rica Tarrazu La Casona: Brightly sweet Costa Rica profile, mouth cleansing flavors, molasses, honey graham, barley tea, apple-like acidity, lighter body, nuanced finishing notes of lemon rind and tannic tea. City to Full City.

Guatemala Finca Santa Ines Bourbon: Crowd pleasing flavors at a wide range of roasts, from caramel and walnut with a lemony sheet, to punchy cocoa and dark chocolate taffy when roasted to Full City and beyond. City to Full City+. Good for espresso.

Kenya Nyeri Ichamama Peaberry: There's a broad range of flavor profiles to be unlocked that transform and shift with roast. Notes of orange, cranberry, pomegranate, golden raisin, lime zest, lemon tea, dark cocoa, spiced aroma. City to Full City.

Kenya Nyeri Mahiga AB: Tartly sweet flavors are overlaid with spiced complexity and bright fruits. Notes of currant juice, cranberry sauce, Darjeeling and Orange spice teas, cardamom, fragrant lemongrass, mulled juice. City to Full City.

Nicaragua Ojo de Agua: Chocolate-toned coffee, with slightly fruited acidity that structures the cup. Brown sugar candy, praline almond, vanilla, milk chocolate, toasted coconut, citrus, and green apple. City to Full City+. Good for espresso.

Yemen Mokha Haimi: Baking spice notes make a strong showing, along with classic Yemeni flavors that are deep toned, earthy, and appropriately rustic. Fenugreek, saffron cookie, sesame oil, tangy roast flavors. City+ to French. Good for espresso.
