Want to buy our latest offerings? Never miss a new coffee with our "Latest Additions" coffee set, a sampling of 1 lb. bags from all our most recently added coffees that can be purchased in just one click. No jumping back and forth between different records to add them to your shopping cart. Simply click the "Add to Cart" button and you're on your way. It's that simple!

The number of bags included in the set may vary, but as a general rule we add 6 new coffees on any given week, split between Wednesday and Friday. The set is refreshed every Friday, so check back often!

Since the theme of this set is "new", expect a wide variety of origins and flavors represented. But don't worry, you don't have to buy them all if you don't want to. Simply deselect the check box for the coffee you'd like to exclude, and it will be removed from the set (be sure to double check!). If a coffee runs out of stock before the life of the current configuration, it is automatically pulled from the set.

This week's set includes the following coffees:

El Salvador Dry Process Finca San Luis: Pulpy fruit notes bring a rustic edge to deep-toned bittersweetness, while low-acidity and thick body heighten the intense flavors. Cherry wine, fermented berry, tanned leather, earthy cacao, lingering finish. City to Full City+.

El Salvador Miravalles Pacamara: A nice counterpoint to some of the more low-toned Salvadoran coffees, with nuanced top notes, round sweetness, and moderate level of acidity. Dark sugar, date, chocolate orange, plum, herbal hints, cornsilk tea. City to Full City.

El Salvador San Miguel Bourbon: Roast versatility and balanced flavors, mild acidity, caramel-toned and creamy. Notes of milk chocolate, hazelnut, vanilla, biscotti, chocolate-covered almond, and drinking cocoa. City to Full City+. Good for espresso.

Kenya Kiambu Spike AA: Moderate intensity, vibrant structure, tangy flavors, and a sweetly-spiced aroma that lingers in the aftertaste. Brown sugar, maple, dried tamarind, cranberry, fruit tea, citrus, clove gum. City to City+.

Kenya Nyeri Gathaithi AA: Bright acidity helps organize the complex top end, with notes of orange, cran-raspberry juice, black currant, aromatic spices, red plum, and transparent finish. A fast favorite for us, with so much to reveal at different levels of roast. City to Full City.

Mexico Organic Chiapas El Paraíso: Crowd-pleasing Chiapas coffee, nutty sweetness, moderate low tones, and mild acidity that's unimposing. Molasses, burnt sugar, pistachio bar, chocolate almond granola, lingering roast tones. City+ to Full City+. Good for espresso.
