Holiday Shipping & Closure Updates 2025:
We are working hard this holiday season to maintain quick turnaround times on your orders for 50 lb bags! As such, orders are generally being shipped 1 business day after the they are placed.
Holiday Schedule
Our office and warehouse hours will be modified for the following days:
- December 23rd: No outgoing freight through January 5th
- December 24th: Closing early at 2:30pm PST for Christmas Eve. No outgoing shipments or order fulfillments (including new will call orders).
- December 25th - 28th: Closed for Christmas
- December 31st: Closing early at 2:30pm PST for New Years Eve
- January 1st - 4th: Closed for New Year's
Will Call / Local Pick Up
- December 24th: Last day for local pick ups before our Christmas break. Will Call orders will be available for pick up between 12 - 2pm for this day.
- December 30th: Last day for local pick ups before our New Years break. Standard Will Call hours apply (12 - 5pm).
Freight Orders
We will briefly pause all freight order fulfillments and shipments between the dates of December 22nd through January 5th. After this period, accumulated orders will be prepared and shipped in the order in which they were received.
