We will be shutting down on the following dates for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's and our end of year inventory: 11/22-23, 12/24-26, 12/31-1/1. Our website is always open for business! Orders placed after 9am. Pacific Time on 12/21 will ship after 1/2/2019.
We work as quickly and efficiently as possible but please understand that our usual 1-3 business day turnaround on orders does not apply during November and December. We try, we really do, but the high volume of orders slows us down. So please don't be alarmed if we are a bit slower in processing orders or answering email, we will catch up and get back to you as soon as possible.
Our office and warehouse will be closed the following days: November 22nd, 23rd for Thanksgiving December 24th, 25th, and 26th for Christmas December 31st, and January 1st for New Year's
UPS is NOT offering guaranteed transit times on UPS Ground (Sweet Maria's Shipping Special) shipments for packages picked up or scheduled for delivery between November 19th-December 30th. UPS is also adding an EXTRA DAY to 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select shipments from December 17th-19th. 3 Day Select shipments ordered after December 18th will not be delivered until AFTER Christmas. To be on the safe side, we recommend ordering as early as possible.
If you need to make any changes to an existing order email us as soon as possible,please do not rely on voicemail, always follow up with an email.
Please note UPS Ground holiday shipping deadlines to make sure you order arrives in time for Christmas. UPS does not count the day of pick up, holidays or weekends in transit time. See UPS's holiday shipping page for more information.

Due to fraudulent activity, we do not allow address changes or package holds to be made to shipments via UPS MyChoice. If you need to make any changes to a shipment that is already en route, email us as soon as possible. There may be additional charges associated with your shipment change so please double-check your shipping address when you place your order.
In certain circumstances we may need to contact you with questions regarding your order. For instance most high priced items ($200 or more) require a fraud check. In these situations we will hold your order until we hear from you. Be sure to provide correct and current contact information when you order in case we have questions about your order.
