Update 11/1

We will be shutting down on the following dates for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's and our end of year inventory- 11/23-24, 12/21, 12/22, 12/25-26, 12/29 & 1/1, but our website is always open for business. Orders placed after 2 pm Pacific Time on 12/20 will ship after we return on 12/27.The same will go for orders placed on 12/29. Those orders will ship on 1/2.

We work as quickly and efficiently as possible but please understand that our usual 1-2 business day turnaround on orders does not apply during December and January. We try, we really do, but the volume of orders slows us down. So please don't be alarmed if we are a bit slower in processing orders or answering email, we will catch up and get back to you as soon as possible.

Holiday Closures

Our office and warehouse will be closed the following days:
November 24th, 25th for Thanksgiving
December 21st, 22nd, 25th, 26th for Christmas
December 29th, January 1st for New Year's

Holiday Shipping

UPS is not offering guaranteed transit times on UPS Ground (Sweet Maria's Shipping Special) shipments for packages picked up or scheduled for delivery between November 20th-December 30th. UPS is also adding an EXTRA DAY to 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select shipments from December 18th-19th. 3 Day Selectshipments ordered after December 18th will not be delivered until AFTER Christmas. To be on the safe side, we recommend ordering early, especially if you are east of the Mississippi River. Our estimated UPS time in transit map is below.

Please note UPS Ground holiday shipping deadlines to make sure you order arrives in time for Christmas. UPS does not count the day of pick up, holidays or weekends in transit time. See UPS's holiday shipping page for more information.

UPS MyChoice Members:

Due to fraudulent activity, we do not allow address changes or package holds to be made to shipments via UPS MyChoice. If you need to make any changes to a shipment that is already en route email us as soon as possible. There may be additional charges associated with your shipment change so please double-check your shipping address when you place your order.

Order Processing

In certain circumstances we may need to contact you with questions regarding your order. In these situations we will hold your order until we hear from you. Be sure to provide correct and current contact information when you order in case we have questions about your order.
