The Moka Java blend is probably the most widely produced blend in the world, and certainly the oldest. Stemming from two of the first coffees to be exported from Java and Yemen, what originated as a 2-bean blend has grown to include coffees from many other parts of Africa, Indonesia and beyond. We've grouped together our own coffees to make a contemporary version of this old standby, which includes dry process coffees from Ethiopia and a wet-hulled coffee from Java. I've been enjoying 1 part Java to 2 parts Ethiopia, but I think you'll be surprised just how many different versions you can concoct by mixing the two ingredients!
