Decaf Green Coffee

Green coffee is prepared and decaffeinated through one of several methods before it lands on our green coffee catalog. We typically offer Swiss Water Process® and sugarcane ethyl acetate (EA) coffee, both of which are naturally chemical-free. Because the decaffeination process weakens the physical composition of the beans, it leads to changes in the expected roast behavior of coffee. Check out our best tips and tricks to roasting decaf coffee in our Coffee Library.
