Coffee comes from a shrub, or a bush or a tree. It's all semantics. But the main reason we made a bucket hat wasn't to educate. It's to save the coffee farmer from sunburned ears, and maybe you too. The bucket hat is a favorite in some countries among farmers, like in Costa Rica where they call it a "chonete." You may think of Gilligan, maybe Woody Allen, or maybe the '80s and RunDMC. Who knows. The artwork is the same design we use on our wholesale CoffeeShrub brand 50 lb bags.
Blue poly/cotton blend with embroidery in green, black and white. The design doesn't pop out much from the hat color, but we like subtle, and think it will fade nicely. Main goal of this hat is to hand them out to farmers on our coffee trips. But we made some extra for everyone else too. Note that this is not adjustable, and is sized large. Will fit many except the small-headed among you, who might still find it useful to pull it over your eyes and sleep on a park bench somewhere.
