Welcome back! Beginning April 27th we will be allowing online orders to be picked up at our Oakland location. Our retail store remains closed until further notice.

Thursday: 2pm - 4pm
When will my order be ready?
You will receive an email that your order is ready to be picked up. This email will be separate from your initial order confirmation. Email us at [email protected] if you have any questions or have not received your confirmation email.
Do you offer same day orders?
All orders must be placed before 8am for same-day pick-up. No walk-in orders will be accepted.
Where do I pick-up my order?
The pick-up rack is located at 2823 Adeline St. Do not enter through the back of our warehouse. If you are unable to find parking on Adeline, kindly walk around the block to the front entrance. We do not have a parking lot available for customers. We also ask customers to respect the personal space of our staff and other customers. Social distancing rules apply and masks are required to enter the building. No public restroom is available. Limit one customer group at a time (1-2 people).
Can I have someone else pick-up my order?
Absolutely! Your order will be on the pick-up rack with your name on it, they can just grab it and go.
How long will you hold my order?
Orders will be held for 2 weeks. Orders not picked up within 2 weeks will be shipped for free to the shipping address entered at checkout. Please email us if you are unable to pick-up or would like to change the shipping address.
Are all items eligible for in-store pick-up?
Mostly! Items that drop-ship from the manufacturer must be shipped directly to you (Hottop, Andreja, Rocket). This information will be posted on the product pages.
