Green Coffee

Balanced sweet coffee character and doughy/baked goods. Berry top notes and a floral aroma are indicative of the origin. Loads of chocolate when roasted dark. City+ to Full City. Good espresso.

Chocolate roast tone and toasted grain notes mingle nicely: Nutella spread on toast, cocoa powder, and the grainy side of carob and malted grains. City+ to Full City. Good for espresso.

Lighter roasts have hints of burned sugar, malted grains, gingerbread, and chocolate characteristics underneath it all. Aggressive bittersweetness at Full City with much bigger body. City+ to Full City. Good for espresso.

A decaf with mild bittersweetness at City+, toasted caramel and cacao nib flavors, chocolate malted grains, honey-wheat bran muffin, and mild baking spice accents. City+ to Full City. Good for espresso.

Fruited cup profile, some sweet bright accents, medium body. FC+ to a light Vienna is recommended.

We blend this for body, balanced between high and low tones, fruited-chocolate roast flavors, and slightly rustic fruited accent notes. Our roast goal is in the beginning stages of 2nd crack ... we never "let it roll", so we recommend FC+ to light Vienna roast.

All fresh ingredients makes for an incredible espresso. Full City shots have sweet chocolate flavors, and complex fruited notes like nectarine and peach, dark grape, and milder citrus hints. So sweet, without acidity being "over the top". Fruit flavors shift and the sweet aftertaste lingers. City+ to Full City+ depending on brew application. Best for espresso.

A potent, pungent blend for espresso beverages. It's ideal for milk drinks, as this intense bittersweet cuts through the steamed milk. Rustic sweetness, spice, savory notes, long aftertaste. Monsooned coffee and a small percentage of Robusta add crema and body. Vienna roast.

Rich chocolate flavors come through in layers, with fruited notes of slab apricot and plum, and finishing notes are leathery, herbal, fruited, and of course bittersweet. Creamy mouthfeel and works well for milk drinks. Full City to Vienna. Great espresso.
