This is the Pacamara tree, a coffee I am quite fond of for it's unique
organoleptic character. It is a cross between the Pacas varietal (which
is a natural Caturra variation discovered in El Salvador) and Maragogype,
the huge coffee seed that is a natural variation that occurred in Brazil.
The coffee is a very large bean like the Marago, which citusy cup character
... but it can be a challenge to roast it right.
