- We are currently shipping orders 3-5 business days after the order is placed (excluding Bullets). We apologize for the delay. Expedited orders still ship out the next business day. - To keep our community and staff safe, our storefront remains closed for in-store purchases. Curbside pick-up is not available at this time. SWEET MARIA’S COVID19 RESPONSE
On March 19, California implemented a Shelter in Place policy. Since the green coffee that Sweet Maria's ships is a dry good, we were able to continue operating. Fortunately, there are more beans in our 14k sq ft warehouse than people, so it was not hard to space our employees six feet apart. The crew stepped up and swiftly transitioned to wearing masks, washing hands, social distancing, and sanitizing surfaces.
A surge in new orders, extra sanitization protocols, social distancing, and staggered breaks has reduced the amount of orders we can ship per day. UPS and USPS delays may also add to the extended shipping times. We appreciate everyone’s patience as we work through the constant changes!
We were sad to close our storefront but it was the best thing to do in order to limit exposure to our staff and the community. We are happy to work with our local customers to make sure their orders arrive to them asap. Email us at [email protected] and we will work with you.
