Bali coffees are unique among Indonesian origins: They are washed (wet-processed) by tradition like nearby coffees from Java, although some Sumatra-type wet-hulled coffees are offered. Grown interplanted with Mandarin citrus, farmer plots are often quite small. The cup has traces of the earthy Indonesian island character, but only in the background. It is a classic, clean cup, with great body and mild acidity. After traveling to Bali this year, we are able to offer village-based lots. Read more....
