Happy Thanksgiving! - We are listing two new coffees: Hawaii Kona XF Greenwell Farms, an early Kona offering just in time for the holidays that has oreo cookie, clove, and cinnamon tastes. Can take a dark roast well. Limit to 2lbs on this small lot. Also up is the return of Ethiopia FTO Oromia Yirga Cheffe, spicy and sweet with a trace of clove and allspice. To fully appreciate, keep it at a light roast!

Has anyone had any luck RE-roasting beans that came out too light?

I’m usually one of those guys that like all their beans oily black, but I did a light roast on this Kona XF, and I may have gotten it too light.

I did hear first crack (hard to do with an IRoast…) and I stopped the roaster after only 5-6 mins as opposed to an 11:30 roast that preset 2 is programmed for.

I’m not too fond of the espresso I made with it, and I don’t want to throw it out if I don’t have to.
