Love your work. I would be nowhere without it. I think my favorites so far are Mutitu and Orange Bourbon at C/C+.

El Salvador Matalapa Estate (100% Bourbon) is one of my favorite coffees. I haven’t tried the peaberry version. My other recent favorite is Panama Carmen Estate 1800 meters. Both are excellent. I’ve been roasting with a Fresh Roast Plus 8 that I bought from you last year. I absolutely love that little roaster but it doesn’t roast quite enough beans. I am now upgrading to the Gene Cafe Roaster. Thanks for all the great coffee products and the interesting and entertaining comments and photos.

Thanks for the comment – Matalapa was the coffee selected for the 2008 Roasters Guild Retreat too … every team roasted only this coffee over and over in the competition. It was amazing to cup it in the final (top) 18 … 18 highly different cup profiles from the same coffee!
