The old way of finding your UPS tracking Number

Since April 7th, 2010, our Shopping Cart System assigns 7 digit numbers that begin with a 1. If your order number looks like that, then go to the Shopping Cart and log in to your account to view your tracking number. If you placed the order as a guest, you will not find that order, but the order confirmation and tracking information was emailed to you when the order was completed. You can view UPS and USPS tracking numbers and your order status in the same place.

If you have an older order that is 6 digits and starts with a 4, use the box below to retrieve the UPS tracking number. Please note- this system does not work for orders shipped USPS.

Troubleshooting the Tracking Systems

If the UPS System returns "Unable to track shipment xxxxx," check to see if you entered the numbers correctly and try again.
- If it still returns the same result, then the order has not shipped yet. How long does it take us to ship orders? Under normal circumstances it takes 24 hours or less on a working day.
- The UPS results take 4 hours to enter their tracking system after it has been received by our driver.
- We batch orders around 9 am on weekdays - and then again usually early afternoon (Oakland time). We don't guarantee how fast we can ship orders, but believe me ...we work incredibly hard to ship promptly!
If the UPS System returns more than 1 package, it could be an older shipment from us, or it could be a shipment from another company. Our tracking numbers begin "RV98..."
Click on the Details button on the UPS screen to see the progress of your package.
If the Details only show "Billing Information Received" that means the package has been received at the UPS terminal, waiting for the right UPS truck to come along and haul it down the road towards you! There are times when the bar code on the box is damaged - and the box is physically moving, but no scans are possible. When this happens, the box usually arrives when it should - the driver will input the number when he or she delivers it. This can be frustrating as the box will not show any movement. It can also mean a package is lost - so contact us if you have any doubt.
Please remember that UPS sometimes sends packages on strange routes from point A to point B. Don't freak out of the package seems headed in some obtuse direction.
