Prepping samples for cupping

Prepping samples for cupping in the trusty Ditting - same one I use. These folks have a 2 barrel electric Probat, and a real massive moisture content reader in the foreground. The shocking thing to me was that the lab was carpeted, even under the cupping table. wow.
