This week we are offering one pound of Sulawesi Seletan Peaberry roasted to City+. This cup has honey and caramel sweetness, apple, green grape, kumquat fruit notes and pulpy orange. We suggest that you try this with our other roasted offering, Guatemala Finca Candelaria - Lote Nueces roasted to Full City. This coffee has a citrus rind twist, orange-laced chocolate. It's not overly complex but a great daily drinker.
