Stovetop
Roasting in a stovetop popper is great: it's inexpensive, easy to do, allows a lot of control over the roast, and allows a bigger batch size. On the other hand, it's not for everyone.
You really need to preheat your popper to a set temperature to get consistent roasts. Don't forget to add a thermometer to your order.
