This is your tried and true, back to the basics, DIY, cowboy style coffee roasting. The Whirley-Pop 6 Quart stovetop popper (roaster) is 100% manual, meaning you need to set the right stovetop heat, crank the popper consistently for 8 to 11 minutes, and dump the roasted coffee into a colander to cool.
