Acatenango Gesha has perfumed florals, jasmine and orange blossom, along with a clean, honeyed sweetness. Cabrejo has great flavors of brown sugar and honey, along with black walnut and some malic fruits. The acidity rates quite high, not bright, but refreshing and malic. San Diego Buena Vista turned out to be a great decaf coffee. Caramel and dark sugar sweetness, highlighted by top notes of cherry and apple. This tiny lot from Juan Hipp shows a rustic sweetness of green herb and forage, along with sugar browning elements.
