This Costa Rica coffee has a sweetness of honey and demurara sugar, with white tea and crisp apple flavors. As it cools, dried fruits and a nice black walnut note come through. A beautiful pour over, best right around City+ roast for a refined cup profile. City+ to Full City.
Nano Challa has a sweetness of white honey, which is mildly fruited in flavor, and a healthy dose of toffee almond. Fruits like cherry juice and mild citrus come through in light roasts, with floral and Earl Grey tea. Darker roasts have red grape fruit, and a Ricola-like dark herbal aspect. Konga displays refeshing jammy peach, mango, guava, and tropical fruits galore. Chai-like spices, ginger, cardamom and cinnamon flavors also carry in the cup.
