I am working on a project to produce super-imposed roast curve charts using a datalogging thermometer. Placement of the thermoprobes makes a big difference in measurements and I have had trouble distinctly measuring the roaster "environment temperature" and the bean temperature. The lines below are representative of bean temperature, except for the Precision which has both.
