Coffee, just wet-hulled, called Labu

Wet hulling uses friction but doesn't generate that much heat. After hulling the wet coffee, called Labu at this stage, is now ready to dry on the outdoor patios (it has 40% moisture). This is the only coffee process where green coffee, without any parchment layer to protect it, is put on the ground to dry. KBQ Baburrayyan Cooperative Aceh, Sumatra
