Here's our latest roasted coffee pairing.  El Salvador Divina Providencia, a coffee with fine brightness, well-defined, crisp acidity, orange-peach sweetness, graham cracker at lighter roasts, along with Panama Carmen 1800 meters a bright and lively high-grown micro-lot with light body.  Both coffees are roasted in the City + range - the Carmen just  a tad darker.
