So-So Prep.
The preparation of the coffee was noticably worse than at the other warehouse...
not horrific, but the broken beans, pods and black beans could be seen. There's
a reason the prep is different ... not because they couldn't do a better job,
but it's based on the economics: what final price will the market bear for Yemeni
coffee. It's already 2x - 3x the price of other origins!
